Do these 5 things first.

If you’re prepping for a shoot and you want the footage to look clean, premium, and intentional, the work starts before we show up. First, clean the space. No cords, clutter, random bottles, or distractions in the background because the camera catches everything and small mess makes the whole video feel unprofessional. Second, prep your outfits, 2 to 3 looks max so you can switch it up without wasting time and your content doesn’t look like it was all filmed in one take. Third, think about your story. What do you want this content to say about you, your brand, and your value. If the message isn’t clear, the video won’t land. Fourth, get some rest. It shows on camera more than you think, your energy, your face, your confidence, all of it. And lastly, trust us. Our job is to direct, guide, and make you look your best, you don’t have to have it all figured out.

Here’s what happened when we actually got consistent.

For a long time, we treated social media like an extra thing, post when we remembered, share when we had time, disappear when we got busy. Then we decided to do it the right way. Kill Media started showing up every week. Posting. Sharing behind the scenes. Staying visible even when there wasn’t a “big launch” or a perfect moment to post.

One of our media pros went out to shoot a property for a realtor. A few days later she asked us to come back for another shoot. This time I showed up. The second I pulled up, before I even stepped out of the truck, she hit me with, wait, you’re the one from Instagram. And in that moment it clicked. That right there is proof that consistency works.
