Going through photos form my 2 month trip across the country over 4k mi of dirt roads. Putting yourself in the elements will teach you more about yourself than anything else.
From solving problems, to critical thinking on your next move. It’s not a matter of “IF” you hit adversity, it’s “WHEN” Are you someone who usually just complains about circumstances or do you find a solution and make it happen. I def did both but realized complaining doesn’t fix anything. I love these types of trips because of how the experience spills into other aspects of my life. Nature doesn’t judge or discriminate it’s brutally honest and real. Highly recommend even if its a hike, go out and listen to how you talk to yourself. Much will be revealed.
