A downtown Denver landmark has completed a $70 million transformation ahead of its 20th anniversary. The renovation reimagined all 1,100 guestrooms and suites at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, led by Valentina Castellon of DLR Group under a design philosophy the hotel calls "Slow and True," built on natural wood, stone and vegan leather in tones drawn from the Colorado landscape.

The project also added Summit Five, an 891-square-foot meeting space opening onto an outdoor terrace, and leaned hard into sustainability: roughly 90 percent of the old furniture was resold and diverted from landfills, while new shower pans were made from recycled bottles. The work was completed in 14 months with the hotel fully operational.

The 37-story hotel holds 1,100 rooms, a boutique spa, three dining venues and Denver's largest hotel ballroom.

Cabot has officially unveiled major expansion plans for Cabot Revelstoke, its first-ever mountain golf and ski resort, taking shape against the dramatic backdrop of British Columbia's Monashee and Selkirk Mountain Ranges.

At the heart of it all is a new 155-room mountain lodge, an 18-hole public golf course designed by acclaimed architect Rod Whitman, and a growing collection of alpine-inspired residences designed by Hart Howerton with interiors by Studio K.

Construction is well underway, with limited preview play on the course beginning fall 2026 and the mountain lodge officially opening in early 2027.

Tiger Woods’ first-ever mountain golf course is planning its preview play debut at the Marcella Club in Park City this Summer, with a full launch planned for next year.

Designed by TGR Design, the The Skyline course will feature 360-degree Wasatch Back views, wide landing areas, and strategic green complexes built into ridgelines and valleys.

Part of a broader golf offering at Marcella Club, which will also include a Tiger Woods-designed short course that transforms into a sledding hill in the winter months, along with a separate 18-hole “Ambush” course by King Collins Dormer.

One of America’s most iconic ski resorts, Deer Valley Resort is building the largest ski terrain expansion in North American history.

More than doubling its size from about 2,100 to over 4,300 acres as part of the “Expanded Excellence” initiative, Deer Valley is bringing nearly 100 new runs, lifts, and Deer Valley East Village — a major gateway with a 10-passenger gondola, luxury hotels, residences, restaurants, and retail.

Breckenridge’s final slopeside chapter is officially taking shape. Finale, the last master-planned community rising at the base of Peak 8, has confirmed that Imperial Hotel will join The Leading Hotels of the World — anchoring a broader alpine village that includes a limited collection of Imperial Chalets and additional private residences.

Set on the final developable land at Peak 8, the 36-key Imperial Hotel will become the town’s last true slopeside resort, with a partial debut planned for December 2027 and full completion in winter 2029. Surrounding it, whole-ownership Chalets and other residential offerings integrate directly into the hotel, giving owners access to more than 70,000 square feet of resort amenities.
