As a Parent, what would you do if a grown man was messaging your child, and being highly inappropriate, flirting with them, calling them ja****it, and even sending inappropriate memes, or just making really weird comments? You would rightfully so make the assumption that they are a CHOMO and trying to pursue your child.

This guy David Earl Herring Jr AKA DAVIE, 38 year old Male, has done this. Not to just one female child, but MULTIPLE female children, and even continued to harass one of them even after they turned 18.

Davie makes excuse after excuse "The parent wanted me to test the kid", "I thought she was 17 but she turned out to be 14", "Oh we were just talking, I didn't touch anyone" You can be a sexual predator and not touch, Most sexual predators start out talking, but with the fact that this has spanned over numerous years, with numerous female children, we know the likelihood of more female victims, and possibly some that went past just "talking & pictures". He's shown for numerous years, to numerous victims that he LIKES children, and that he will continue to do this, even when called out. Because he has been called out in the past as well.

Parents, talk to your children about social media, show them Davies pictures, ask if he's ever spoke with them, or touched them, or just done anything they thought was weird or inappropriate. If he has done ANY of the above, I highly suggest you reach out to Moberly PD and file a complaint.

Over 3 people have come forward about this, within the span of a few years, there are likely more children that this creep contacted. This post is to not only spread awareness in our community, but to open the door for parents to talk to their children. Any and all parents or children who have observed or spoke with/dealt with Davie, I highly suggest you reach out to Moberly PD.

This CANNOT be written off as "someone hates me they're smearing my name that's why they posted about it", the fact that there's at least 3 that came forward, isn't a coincidence. It's a pattern.

To Davie's girlfriend Aron GA, do the right thing. you know he's told you lies; He's made up these BS stories when you thought he was cheating, and you checked his phone. Do the right thing, go to Moberly PD with the information you have. If you don't speak up, you are just as complicit.

Nearly a year ago, Chariton County Sheriff Erick Billups was subject to an undisclosed criminal investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Recently case files have shown the investigation was for R**e. Though no charges were filed, investigative reports and recorded interviews have shown Sheriff Billups was grossly negligent in his duties, not only as the Chief law enforcement official for Chariton County, but also in his duties as a leader of men as well as that of a husband and father. Public officials should be held to the highest levels of ethical and professional conduct. Law enforcement must be above reproach and transparency is the key to maintaining public trust and accountability.

Recently Sheriff Billups won reelection to the office of Sheriff. Unfortunately, the general public was not aware of the full breath of negligence and poor decision making from the Sheriff on September 8, 2023. This news series will highlight official case reports and audio interviews from all parties.

That being said, this watchdog group does not seek to unduly embarrass nor humiliate any subject involved in this incident if it can be prevented. Though public information, the sexual nature of the incident and the actions of numerous parties are quite graphic and detailed.

Should Sheriff Billups acknowledge his conduct disqualifies him from office and resign immediately, this group will consider this action closed and will not post the information already available to the public from the highway patrol via public record request.

The ball as they say is in Mr. Billups court.

I am now officially uploading the video/audio evidence of the Aaron Wilson child abuse case.

Here are the Video & Audio Evidence I have uploaded. I was going to upload them sooner, but I didn't want to sully the truth by people thinking it was a campaign to hurt his election. But as we all know by now, He's GONE!

*Amy Wilson phone recording of the incident. Note: These are 2 seperate recordings by Amy Wilson, no clue what happened in between the 2 recordings. Also, The child repeatedly tells Amy & Aaron BOTH not to touch him, During this you will also hear Aaron and the child wrestling, Aaron is out of breath(Im noting this because it was noted in the interview and police statement that he was out of breath in the audio his wife gave PD, but was NOT out of breath in the re-enactment with Law Inforcement officers when he re-enacted HIS VERSION of the events.) Also I REALLY want to note that Aaron Wilson states NOONE IS ABOVE HIM. The state would beg to differ when I release the rest of the docs of your hidden crimes. ;)

Keep your eye out, I have more coming about not only Aaron Wilson, but other top figures in Randolph County, and Moberly. I've got alot of docs to go through, and have been speaking with state investigators over what i've uncovered, thanks to some people speaking out about the corruption, and the inner dealings.

Sheriff Aaron Wilson Criminal Investigation.

April 2023 KOMU 8 shared a news story stating that "Sheriff Aaron Wilson will not face charges for February 3rd 2023 incident" That Missouri State Highway Patrol opened an investigation at the urging of Prosecuting Attorney of Randolph County Missouri Stephanie Luntsford. Audrain County Prosecuting attorney Jacob Shellabarger looked into the case, and declined to press criminal charges against Randolph County Sheriff Aaron Wilson. Stephanie Luntsford requested Jacob Shellabarger to look into the case, because her being Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney, it would be Improper and inappropriate for her to handle the case.

Jacob Shellabarger declined to press criminal charges because "After an extensive investigation, review of reports and submitted items, including photos, video and audio, and consideration of Missouri law, I am declining to prosecute criminal charges resulting from this investigation, I consider the investigation of this February 3 incident to be closed"

Komu did NOT speak about or have knowledge of the criminal charges Aaron Wilson was facing, but we do.

Charges were filed against Sheriff Aaron Wilson over CHILD ABUSE.

Dates to remember:
Feb 2023- Audrain Prosecutor Jacob Shellabarger denies filing criminal charges against Aaron Wilson
April 2023- Komu posted They refused to file criminal charges against Aaron Wilson
Jan. 2024- Children's Division confirms that there were interviews and an investigation into child abuse, and that the physical abuse findings were UPHELD.
Feb. 2024- State of Missouri Department of Public safety office of the director are requesting certified copies of all case filing documents, petitions, court orders.

Evidence was found by CHILDREN'S DIVISION that Sheriff Aaron Wilson was guilty of the child abuse allegations, Children's Division confirms they still uphold their decision a year later. Yet Audrain county decided to not press criminal charges, which is why the State of Missouri is now involved.

I do wanna note, since the initial incident, the TWO CHILDREN involved, have child protective orders, and have been legally adopted and are happy. I do have a picture of them with their new adoptive family, but I will not put their names or their photos out there to protect their identity.

***UPDATE: Since adding this post, I accrued more documents and information. I am steadily going through them all, and uploading as I can. I am taking the time to censor the children's names, witness names, and the person they live with now names. So please bare with me. What I have uploaded so far, is the responding officers notes, which help tell the story. You'll notice the officer mentions how upset the 2 children were, that they were shaking, that Aaron Wilson repeatedly interjected, and the marks on Child #1, and that Child #1 said this isn't the first time it happened. You'll also note how it says Aaron Wilson HANDCUFFED the 13 Year old Child!!

This page has received an influx of messages about certain incidents in the Moberly Area. So we are making this post to find out more information about these incidents. If you have any information on these incidents, please reach out. You will remain anonymous.

**Dead body found at Kraft Mobile Home Park Lot 20 Moberly, as per scanner, but nothing has been mentioned about it anywhere. (was heard on scanner a few days ago)

**Underground Dog fighting happening in and around Moberly. We've already heard about the shipping off roosters for c**k fighting from Huntsville Post Office.

**Corruption with several places in and around Moberly. Several items missing from Columbia PD evidence locker are allegedly being passed to other police departments including BROOKFIELD, and KIRKSVILLE PD. Complaintant alleges drugs and other items were taken from Columbia PD evidence locker, and being sold by Brookfield Pd, and Kirksville Pd. They also mentioned Moberly is involed with this too, but we are unsure at this time.

**Several witnesses have complained about Moberly PD dispatch and officers mishandling of cases, or lack of handling. There's also been complaints of officers engaging in s3xual acts with prostitutes. keep in mind this is hearsay, there is no proof as of yet. I also wanna note, there's talks about a local officer, taking body cam footage of civilians and showing it off to his friends. Also keep in mind, as Citizens, you can request body cam recordings, it's legally your right via federal law, whether you're involved in the case or not. You can also do so ANONYMOUSLY.

**We have some investigation going on about Randolph County Health Department, this information is being passed on to the state, so we cannot comment on that at this time. The reports state negligence, misuse of job facilities, unethical behavior, tampering, and various other claims.

**We have also seen some information about the consistent water mains breaking in Moberly, and through research found that years ago the state and federal gave Moberly money to replace all our piping, which was never done. Which is why we have numerous water main breaks since, but the city and county never used those funds or grants for redoing our sewage system, and instead bought the golf course.

According to someone the new restaurant coming to town Joe’s Italian at Duval & Reid skipped out on their last restaurant in Kirksville Missouri. They closed their doors with no ahead notice for employees to look for a job, they also didn't pay those employees for the month. Op says one employee did eventually get paid by showing up at their place and refusing to leave, so they cashapp'd the employee. The other employees were told "oh so and so forgot to pay", and just kept up the blame game to continue to not pay. I and others advise these former employees to contact the state and the labor board, because this is not legal.

The Op also states that owners would take the employees tips too, and other sketchy behavior. Moberly wants businesses to come to town, but not fly by night businesses that screw over their employees. If you go to Joe's, be leary of what is posted here. If you plan to get employment at Joe's, be leary of it, and document EVERYTHING.

Joe's Italian, Do you have anything to add about this?

I also wanna note, according to the comments, Joe's Italian did this in Macon Missouri, Hannibal Missouri, Then Kirksville Missouri, and now potentially again to Moberly Missouri. So this isn't a one off because of covid. They were Romas, Viva Italia restaurant, then became joes after closing.

I do wonder if maybe they are evading taxes, and that is why this keeps happening. If anyone has any experiences with Joe's, you can either comment, or message the page if you would like to be anonymous.

Joe's file for missouri license under Joe's Italian Kitchen LLC Dec26th 2023. They closed their Kirksville Doors March 11th 2024, with no notice to employees. At the same time Joes filed for an Iowa license under Joe's Kitchen LLC Dec 27th 2023 for an Ottumwa Iowa Location.

Post was updated to reflect screenshots from OKMULGEE OKLAHOMA Joe's Italian page. They are using a huntsville Mo number on the page, have stated their business address on the page, local people in Okmulgee Oklahoma have asked where they are coming to, and Joes stated the address on the page. The address on the page is for another business, local residents contacted the actual owner of the building, and that owner has no clue anything about Joes italian even coming in their building. so those local residents are assuming Joes Italian is one big scam, because how can it use an address thats already taken by another business, and why do they not know their own address. That joes is also ran by Martin Banja, who owns the Moberly one, and the prior Kirksville one.

I know this is weird but please bear with me. My child and I filed a complaint against a specific person affiliated with Moberly School (I can't go into much detail without giving away the identity), for inappropriate behavior (I'll clarify it's in sexual nature, i.e.: touchy feely, wandering eyes, and etc.). I wanted to find out if anyone has had that experience, if so, you can either file a complaint with Chief Link at the Moberly PD, or you can message the page who is sharing this to be Anonymous. There is an active investigation currently ongoing, so I cannot name any names, or point out the person.

So I ask if anyone has SEEN or experienced inappropriate behavior, or feels uncomfortable about a specific person to please speak out. Whether you're a child, or a parent. Our kids deserve to feel comfortable and safe. I filed a complaint because with what I or my child have seen publicly, I'm afraid of what happens not in the public eye.

My child has fortunately not experienced the inappropriateness to them, but they have seen it happen to others. So, we are speaking out to protect the ones who have. So please, if you see som**hing, say som**hing. No matter how small or trivial you might think it is, it might make a difference.

I do also want to note, not only have I spoke with a person I can't name at the school, another person with a branch of government in our county, I also spoke with MSHP, and COURAGE2REPORT, and sent information to the States AG.
