Recently, I had a chat with a little 7 year old about heaven or hell.

She said is hell a scary place, I said some people you may know live in hell each day.

I said each day you choose to keep living, learning, and growing no matter the challenges, you choose heaven.

The moment you choose to blame others, reject change; allow anger, sadness, bitterness and anger to anchor in your life you will live in hell until chose heaven.

The song I got heaven right hear on earth is such as gem!

Started with a cold shower, and dropping the kids off to school.

Although I had errands to run, my body needed some sun and sound therapy from the waves.

Life can be tough, we have to be much tougher at times to survive.

I just want to live with intention, sometimes survival trumps our intentions.

Heart healing is important, keep the heart pure and love at the center can be tough, but it’s necessary.

Get that hare out your heart, I know it’s tough but it’s necessary.
