📢The Covington County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 36-year-old Brandy Nichole McClellan, also known as Brandy Crouch, who has been reported missing and endangered.

“At this time we have checked as many leads as possible. All leads will and have been investigated,” said the Covington County Sheriff Blake Turman. “Please help us.”

McClellan was last seen walking along U.S. Highway 331 near the intersection of Covington County Road 18 on August 27, 2024, at the state rest area. She was reportedly walking with a white bulldog in Florala, Ala.

She is described as a white female, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. McClellan was last seen wearing a red sleeveless shirt, black shorts, and carrying a small backpack.

Authorities believe she could be in Covington, Coffee, or Henry counties in Alabama, or in Walton or Okaloosa counties in Florida.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Covington County Sheriff’s Office at 334-428-2641.

🎓 What an incredible morning at The University of South Alabama!

A huge thank you to the University of South Alabama Dept. of Political Science & Criminal Justice for inviting ACCA to speak to the Intro to Criminal Justice class. It was such an honor to return to my alma mater and share the work we’re doing to support families and law enforcement across Alabama.

To the students who have already reached out about volunteering - thank you! I’ll be getting back to each of you soon. Your enthusiasm and interest mean the world to us.

It’s always inspiring to see the next generation of criminal justice professionals ready to make a difference. 🔍💙
