I’m a Korean-American food blogger striving to share authentic tasting yet easy-to-make Korean recipes. Growing up, my mom always made home-cooked Korean food for us and instilled in our family a strong connection with our cultural heritage. Far from home and with limited ingredients, I’ve adapted her recipes to the availability of my local grocery stores. I’m sharing my findings from my cooking experiments here so that it may be of help to others who are also missing the taste of home and want to maximize their Korean flavor output no matter where they are in the world.
