Ever feel like this little fella in my neighbor’s garden - hands on cheek, staring into space, pondering if today’s stress is worth moving forward or is it easier to simply shutdown?

But hey, deep breaths, long walks with my trusty steed Bishop, and positive attitudes. Today’s pressures are just plot twists in my daily list of to-do’s, right? Control what can be controlled and forget about the rest. But wait, my back is out. Could the pain be causing my attitude? I know it’s definitely slowing me down.

Today, I will push forward, embrace the chaos, make progress, stretch and roll, and watch the positives bloom.

Morning walk and I’m a little concerned: just walked past a new garden centerpiece… a clutch of suspiciously large, speckled eggs. The homeowner must moonlight as a paleontologist, because those are clearly T-Rex eggs. Wait, did I just hear the roar of a T-Rex? Run, Bishop!😮
