🚨 FOLLOW THE MONEY: JOE RICE, BP & THE ALABAMA GULF COAST 🚨

💰 BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. POWERFUL ATTORNEYS. MAJOR CORPORATIONS. AND ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.

On September 3, 2026, prominent attorney Joseph “Joe” Rice died at age 72.

But who was Joe Rice, and why should people along Alabama’s Gulf Coast recognize his name?

Rice was a co-founder of Motley Rice and one of the leading attorneys involved in negotiating the massive civil settlements following the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

We’re talking about BILLIONS of dollars in claims and settlements involving businesses, property owners, fishermen, and Gulf Coast communities.

🔎 HERE’S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING:

▪️ Rice helped negotiate BP’s major economic and medical settlements.

▪️ He also helped negotiate a settlement exceeding $1 billion involving Halliburton.

▪️ Alabama attorney Rhon Jones of Beasley Allen served alongside Rice on the BP Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee.

▪️ Motley Rice was listed among the firms involved in a federal BP lawsuit filed by United Bancorporation of Alabama in 2013.

Meanwhile, over in Orange Beach and Baldwin County, BP-related cleanup operations involved contractors and subcontractors, including O’Brien’s Response Management and CrowderGulf.

💥 NOW HERE’S MY QUESTION:

How much overlap existed between the attorneys negotiating BP settlements, the companies receiving cleanup contracts, and the businesses and local governments collecting BP-related money?

Were any of these players connected through additional contracts, business relationships, or financial interests?

Those are questions worth investigating.

⚠️ To be clear, I have not established that Joe Rice was connected to Orange Beach cleanup contractors or that he engaged in wrongdoing.

But when billions of dollars move through multiple legal, corporate, and government systems, following the documented money trail matters.

The oil may have washed ashore in 2010, but the financial paper trail didn’t disappear with the cleanup.

And I’m interested in where that trail leads.

Y’all remember that time Ryan Upchurch was right?

🚨 KIELY RODNI, RYAN UPCHURCH & THE $17.5 MILLION QUESTION 🚨

Was Ryan Upchurch completely wrong, or were there legitimate questions buried beneath the controversy?

In August 2022, 16-year-old Kiely Rodni disappeared after attending a party near Truckee, California.

Authorities launched an extensive search. Yet it was a volunteer dive team, Adventures with Purpose, that ultimately located her SUV underwater, approximately 55 feet from shore.

🤔 HOW DID SUCH AN EXTENSIVE SEARCH MISS THAT VEHICLE?

Then country rapper and YouTuber Ryan Upchurch began publicly questioning the case.

But Upchurch went much further than questioning the investigation. He alleged that Kiely wasn’t real, that photographs were misidentified, and that her family was involved in a fraudulent scheme.

Those allegations were never substantiated by credible evidence.

In May 2026, a federal jury awarded Kiely’s father and grandfather $18 million in damages in their lawsuit against Upchurch.

Here’s what interests me:

🔎 Why did the original searches fail to locate the SUV?

🔎 What evidence did Upchurch actually have to support his claims?

🔎 Were his photographic comparisons ever independently authenticated?

🔎 What do the original investigative records tell us about the search timeline?

Here’s where I stand:

Questioning an investigation is not the same thing as proving a conspiracy. And a defamation verdict doesn’t automatically answer every question about how an investigation was conducted.

Kiely’s death was officially ruled an accidental drowning. Nothing I’ve reviewed establishes that her disappearance was staged.

But I still want answers about the search.

You don’t have to believe every theory to believe that every legitimate question deserves an answer.

What do YOU think about the Kiely Rodni case and Ryan Upchurch’s involvement?

👇 Let’s discuss the evidence, not just the headlines.
