💡 We have a new commercial spot out with . The last known ship to bring enslaved Africans into America, the rests in the waters of the Mobile River north of the city. Come along with us as we make our way to this site and explore this somber but pivotal saga in local history with national significance. This special tour to the wreck site will be guided by our partners from Africa Town Freedom Tours, a group comprised of descendants of passengers, storytellers, and community leaders in hashtag dedicated to sharing this important story. It will provide information on the voyage of the , its passengers and their lives, and the enduring legacy of that fateful voyage by telling their stories. 🎥

is investing $4.1B in U.S. manufacturing with the construction of its fully integrated aluminum recycling and rolling mill in , . This is the single largest investment in the industry in more than 40 years. Commencing in the second half of 2026, the facility will have 600kt of finished goods capacity and will primarily serve the beverage can and automotive markets.

This plant will play an important role as advances circular aluminum solutions in the United States and focuses efforts on increasing recycled content and lowering CO2e.
