this simple phrase has saved my sanity. when my kids do pretty much anything i don’t like, instead of freaking out i just calmly say ‘try again’ and give them a second chance to respond more kindly, obey, whatever it is.

I’ll be honest... I didn’t know what to expect heading out to Saratoga Springs to visit , but I was genuinely impressed! The layouts are so spacious and thoughtfully designed and the amenities are honestly insane-like everything you could possibly need is right there. And the location surprised me most is it is a little booming community with so much more going on than I expected.

A little look into our week.
LJ is 2 and learned to rise a bike this week which is sooo fun- spending every second we can in this perfect weather. The fence is slowly making progress- hopefully we can finish it this week! Life is beautiful and I’m feeling so happy and content right now
