100.1 The Beat Weather Alert from the National Weather Service and Meteorologist Don Wheeler
The National Weather Service (SHV) has issued a/an Flash Flood Warning for Ouachita Parish from 7:44 PM Wednesday until 9:15 PM Wednesday.
At 744 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
