For more than 20 years, this family has traveled all over the world, spreading hope and encouragement through their music. You may have seen them on the television show, “Home Sweet Bus” on TLC as the Gospel music family who lives full-time on their tour bus. In addition to singing over 250 times a year across the US and Canada, they have had an ongoing mission work in Uganda, Africa for the past 7 years. We are so excited to have them with us and we know you will be blessed by their music and testimonies.

We are very sad to report the passing of Paul Heil. Please keep his family in your prayers.

Remembering Paul Heil

Singing News has learned that long-time Southern Gospel Music broadcaster Paul Heil passed away during the evening of Sunday, Dec. 27th, following a heart attack.

Mr. Heil, the founder of The Gospel Greats syndicated radio program, has been a fixture in Southern Gospel Music since 1980. During the program's 40 years, Mr. Heil was awarded every radio broadcasting award possible in the Southern Gospel Music genre. In 2014, Mr. Heil was inducted into the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Additional information will be posted as it becomes available. In the meantime, please keep Mr. Heil's wife of 38 years, Shelia, and the entire Heil family in your prayers as they respectfully ask for privacy at this time.
