The National Weather Service (JAN) has Changed in Time a/an Flash Flood Warning for East Carroll, Morehouse, Richland & West Carroll Parish from now until 12:00 PM Tuesday.

At 1055 AM CDT, the public reported flash flooding in Bastrop and Collinston. Between 5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen, especially in southern Morehouse and northern Franklin Parishes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
