One more point for the day.

I personally wish to thank Congressman Matt Rosendale for standing with the people of America/Montana.

He is one of the few that is not part of 535 political hacks that are screwing the people from the District of Corruption.

It is amazing how the tester camp continues to claim that "Federal Government Land" will be sold by his opponent for US Senate.

Discussing the turmoil ongoing here in America a good patriot that has been on the battlefield for many years gave us his insight on the battle for the future of America.

Thanks Stanley!

"NYT Cienna Poll "prior" to Harris receiving Obama's endorsement and less than one week after Harris announced her candidacy. Trump went from a 6 point lead in a Trump-Biden race to a 1 point lead in a Trump-Harris race.
If anyone thinks that Kamala Harris is not a formidable adversary, you better think again. Although I completely agree that Harris is incompetent, ideologically radical, and not worthy of the position, we have to stop analyzing campaigns according to the ability of the candidate; candidates do not appoint themselves to the Presidency, they are elected by the voting public.
Look to the trending dynamic of American society. In my perception, half the nation is dumbed-down, misinformed, indoctrinated, or doesn't have the critical thinking skills to evaluate policy, while others want transformative policy toward a socialist/globalist dynamic. Many people vote with emotion and tend to vote by racial or gender identity and/or are one policy voters (ex: abortion). I rarely make predictions but I personally have no doubt that Harris will have the majority women's vote; the largest voting block in America. She will certainly have the majority black vote. In addition, we have no federal vetting process that would prevent someone living here illegally from voting in sanctuary states, particularly in high minority districts. It's a failed system. Also consider that neither candidate can win unless they win in PA, a critical swing state. The industry media is also a very effective messaging tool and they are 100% anti-Trump and on the side of the Democrat Party. The NEA has endorsed Harris as has Hollywood and the entertainment industry. Democrats have historically had a better ground game during an election cycle. Take nothing for granted, This race is far from over." - SS

Having been given a book to read by a good friend today, I have been reminded of a couple important words that must resonate with my future on this battlefield.

DESIRE and DETERMINATION can and will unlock the treasures in life we all seek. It is there that we admit that our trials and tribulations are mere stepping stones to "Think And Grow Rich" as there are no limits to success if we learn from our mistakes.

Growing rich does not necessarily mean we are talking about monetary success. Rather, it is that part of our searching for our soul and purpose that is rewarded to those who stand for what they believe without exception.

"Can't Do It" is not, nor has ever been in my vocabulary, so I shall continue to be heard when I see wrong on behalf of my friends, family and America.

Here is a video snapshot from the 2020 archives of what I am speaking about.

Again, Jeff Childers, at Coffee and Covid hits it out of the park. His entire daily blog post is interesting but I wanted to post it because of the third section, where he talks about the Biden economy. It completely confirms my Blog post from yesterday, at http://cowboyentertainer.blogspot.com .

Today is the anniversary of the final day of the siege of the Alamo, near San Antonio, Texas.

182 men who gave their lives for freedom. I wish today we had a Travis, Houston, Crockett or Bowie. How about a Patrick Henry, John Hancock, Washington or Jefferson?

Here's a Marty Robbins song to help you "Remember the Alamo!"

Ballad of the Alamo by Marty Robbins.

What is a Living Constitution?
By Jim Buterbaugh, Whitehall Montana
Since I have gotten political (my youngest daughter’s fault), I have heard from time to time references to
the Constitution as a living document. I have always thought of the Constitution as the law of the land.
What our great country was based on and without it, the United States would just be another kingdom
or worse.
And of course, the only way to understand something is to learn about it. After many hours of
researching ‘Living Constitution’ I have come to the conclusion that it basically means that laws will be
decided at the judge’s bench. The thought is that the Constitution as written does not consider modern
times. The needs of a modern government.
Those in favor of the concept of a Living Constitution have a variety of reasons. Many think that
contemporary society should be considered in the interpretation of the Constitution. Some think that
the Constitution is written in broad and flexible terms to create a dynamic for a living constitution.
Federal judge Richard Posner (1981 to 2000) believed that there are holes in the Constitution that
judges need to fill. He said that to use the Constitution as written would mean states could require
everyone to marry, or to have s*x at least once a month (just once?) or it could take every couple’s
second child and place it in a foster home. That is some wild examples of state sovereignty. The
Constitution is written so that the people of a state will decide life in that state. Not the state
government. I can’t believe that a federal judge would spew such garbage. Okay. Looking at what has
happened over the decades, I can believe it.
Then there is my particular favorites, ‘Liberty in 1791 is not the same as liberty in 1591 or in 1991.’ Got
that? Want to read it again? It gets better. Thinking judicially, the viewpoint is that the Constitution
meaning evolves and will change with new circumstances even if the document is not amended. They
feel the Constitution will develop as society needs and ‘will be a more malleable tool for government
use’ Got that? Want to read it again?
The Constitution is the Law of the Land. It is not bendable to the government. It is written to protect the
citizens from an ever expanding government. Liberties are guaranteed. They do not change at the whim
of bureaucrats, elected officials, the World Health Organization, United Nations, the rich and famous or
foreign governments. The ‘framers’ of the Constitution knew that their document was a tad vague and
can be hard to understand, so they wrote a series of letters to be published to explain the Constitution is
layman terms. These are better known as the Bill of Rights.
The nation is going to the proverbial s-hole due to a nation’s ignorance of what we are. Like the term
‘democracy’. The United States is a Republic. Never meant to be a democracy. A Republic means that
every citizen of the United States is entitled to their pursuit of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness,
as stated in the Declaration of Independence.
A ‘Living Constitution’ removes the citizen from that pursuit and says the courts will decide what you will
be happy with. A Living Constitution removes the citizen Representatives of the House from law making
and gives the courts the right to create laws from the bench. We have already seen the damage that
government programs run amok is doing to our country.
Remember, the more government, the less freedom.
