Great news from Samba Montclair -- now the only restaurant in NJ that's a validated gluten-free safe spot through the Gluten Intolerance Group. It was a pleasure to work with Executive Chef/Owner Ilson Goncalves on "The Samba Montclair Cookbook" (A Life in Print, 2017), a beautiful collection of recipes and reminiscences from his childhood in Brazil.

Chef and owner Ilson Goncalves has been diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
