We lost Teri Garr today. I always enjoyed her in her roles & used to love her appearances on Letterman. I’ve had a huge crush on her forever.

She stayed brave in the face of multiple sclerosis & became a hero to many.

I met Teri Garr many years ago, not long after her MS diagnosis. She was as kind as I hoped she'd be, and as beautiful as she was gifted.
Over the years I've mourned too many friends, acquaintances, and people I never met but admire, to this stupid disease. Every time it cuts like a knife.
Rest well, Teri. You will be missed but you're finally at peace. 💔💔💔

L'invito è quello di anticipare i travestimenti di Halloween e partecipare alla più incredibile festa di compleanno del Dottor Frankenstein mai organizzata, vestendo i panni suoi (come fece l’indimenticabile Gene Wilder), quelli dell’aiutante Igor (interpretato da Marty Feldman), ma anche quelli della tremenda Frau Blücher (Cloris Leachman) o della candida Inga (Teri Garr). Senza contare che i più audaci potranno senz’altro impersonare La Creatura (come fece Peter Boyle). Pronti a spegnere tutti insieme (e poi rimettere a posto, come dice il film!) le 50 candeline di uno dei film più amati di sempre.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of actress Teri Garr. She was in 3 of my all-time favorite films. Young Frankenstein, Close encounters of the third kind, and The conversation. She also was apart of movies like The Player, Tootsie, Mr. MOM, and Dumb and Dumber. Thank you for all the hours of entertainment you gave me, you will be missed.

Estrela de sucessos como “Contatos Imediatos do Terceiro Grau” (1977) e “O Jovem Frankenstein” (1974), foi indicada ao Oscar por sua participação na comédia “Tootsie” (1982), de Sydney Pollack.
