I believe we can all find JOY when we create a mission that matters and connect to people we adore! I know this to be true because I’ve LIVED this already. And I'm witnessing companies like Organifi creating that culture successfully now.

My mission is to is to flip the often quoted "only 20% of today's workers are engaged to 80% are joyfully engaged! This means a sense of meaning, aspirational missions, healthy relationships at work and in families, an end to meetings that suck, dramatically higher productivity, lower turnover, rapid generation of new ideas, and teams that inspire each other.
