The news of this week is: There's a lot going on in the coming week! There are tailgating parties to attend (TODAY! So, get your jersey on and get on up here to the square), stump speeches to listen to, memorial services to attend, and big games to cheer on the Braves, Bears, Hawks, or Cyclones - or any combination, thereof.

There's too much news for our two-year anniversary. Well, too bad, we printed it all, anyway! This issue records business expansions, hallway renovations, housing insecurity, and political fundraisers. It preps for the biggest tailgating party you'll ever see. It explains the late additions of two new names to the ballot. It goes out to new subscribers in Montezuma. It celebrates wins on the athletic field and at the State Fair. It allows you to color outside the lines, just so long as you color!

And boy, is this week filled with color from our communities! Good thing there's no such thing as too much color.
