The Montgomery Rotary Club was chartered on October 22, 1913. We meet Mondays at Noon at the RSA Activity Center in downtown Montgomery. 201 Dexter Ave.

Today the Montgomery Rotary Club held their annual “Passing of the Gavel” ceremony. Thank you to our past president, Wes Littlefield, for this outstanding Rotary year. Thank you to all of our wonderful Rotarians for participating in our ‘Done in a Day’ service project. Today the Montgomeryry Rotary Club filled 300 bags and delivered them to the Cancer Center- in embracing our motto, “service before self.”

Today Attorney General, Steve Marshall, and Montgomery County’s District Attorney, Azzie Oliver, spoke at our weekly Montgomery Roatary Club meeting. Thank you for the insight you provided and for the work you are continually doing for our great city!

October has been a month full of community involvement and engagement for the Montgomery Rotary Club! We had our annual "Done in a Day" service event. This year we assisted in deep cleaning Valiant Cross Academy! Thank you to our outstanding members for your hard work and dedication: Kimberly Baker, Maitri Chandrasoma, Karlyn Edmonds, Brandi Hayes, Cristy Andrews, Kevin O'Meara, David Knudson, Henry Weatherly, Young Boozer, and a team of 4-5 from Kemco, sent by President Wes Littlefield, who professionally cleaned the floors.
The Montgomery Rotary Club also sold a total of 73 boxes of doughnuts this month as part of the Purple Pinkie Project.
A huge thank you to all of our members for your service hearts! 💙

Last night was the 34th Annual Rotary International Night. We had the honor of hosting soldiers and their spouses from 75 different countries that are currently at Maxwell Air Force Base. Thank you to all who attended and for your unending service above self! 💙💛
