Bell wood East. My muddy, hole digger, 3-legged, redfoot, tortoise, Bronson who is over 25 years old.

Missing 3-legged, red-footed tortoise from Fair Oaks Ct. Last seen headed on Fair Oaks Drive toward Vaughn Road. Please if it have him please call me and I will come he him. He was with us for over 13 years. Kendra 334-202-1574.

Found dog. This beautiful dog was found in the Bellwood East neighborhood and is being taken to the Humane Society as the finder is leaving.

Please stop throwing out bags of food wrappers, beer packaging, beer cans, wine bottles amd whiskey bottles at the front, Vaughn Road entrance. I am not your maid, nor your garbage man and if this continues, I will watch for you to do this and report you. I.don't know if you live like drunken animals or not, but do it at your own home not here. Oh and believe me if I see you throwing it out, I am also reporting you to our police officers so they can do some drunk driving testing too.

BHA Dues for 2017

01 June Annual dues ($150) due to board
01 July Penalty ($15) assessed for unpaid dues.

Your dues pay not only for the pool and its upkeep and care but for the landscaping around the entrances to Bellwood East and the pool area. The dues also pay for the beautifully landscaped medians that showcase the flowering trees and roses. They pay for the sprinkler system as well. They pay for the potlucks, socials, BBQs and the NNO (National Night Out) events we host.

When looking at the other associations our dues are the lowest ones around.

Payments not made by Oct. 27th will be turned over to an outside organization for collection and accrue an additional 20% in legal fees. Further legal actions including liens against the property will be taken as appropriate.

While we understand that the economy is bad and times are hard we also have tried to make multiple attempts to work out collection or payments with these owners and they have now left us with no other recourse but to ban them from the pool and future events and to seek judgments through the court system.
