SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 6/8/21 the Vermont State Police took a report of a stolen portable toilet from a trail head near the south end of Lake Willoughby in Westmore. The unit was believed to have been stolen sometime overnight between 6/7 and 6/8/21.



The unit in question is a standard-size portable toilet, dark green in color, with a Juddy’s Septic sticker on the side which, if removed, would leave behind an oval marking.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:



On 04/24/21 at approximately 2055 hours Vermont State Police responded to the

residence located at 14 East Street in the town of Waterbury for a domestic

disturbance. Upon arrival there Troopers made contact with the parties involved

one of whom was identified as Andrea Pray. The investigation revealed that

during the disturbance Pray engaged in threatening behavior toward a female who

was present at the residence. On 06/08/21 Pray was located, issued a citation to

appear at the Washington Superior Court Criminal Division on 07/08/21 to answer

to the charge of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and released.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06-05-21 VSP-Derby Barracks received a call from Brown advising his 9 mm pistol was stolen from his residence located on Elm St in Derby Line VT sometime between 1130 - 1730 hours on this same date. Evidence was collected at the scene. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cpl Amy LeClair at VSP-Derby Barracks at 802-334-8881.

public in identifying subjects involved in multiple incidents of suspicious activity at a residence on

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 4, 2021 at approxiamtely 2335 hours, Troopers from
the Shaftsbury Barracks responded to a citizen dispute at the Woodford State
Park off of VT Route 9 in the Town of Woodford. Investigation revealed that
Richard Brown (23) of Pownal, VT had attempted to cause serious bodily injury to
Trevor Beliveau (25) of Bennington, VT. Brown was subsequently arrested for
aggravated assault and transported to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
Brown was later released on Court Imposed Conditons of Release.
