Although we are looking at cooler temperatures, I see very little rain chances for the next 15 days.

The experts say Irma will make landfall in Florida, impacting Florida and Georgia.
However I'm not convinced, I think that the high pressure system could give way and irma will intensify to a five as it continues into the gulf.
However I pray it turns Northward and returns to sea, leaving us unscathed.

As everyone is breathing a sigh of relief in the South......Another Hurricane is brewing and could quite possibly be stonger than Harvey, taking a similar track, making landfall between Corpus Christi and New Orleans.
A lot could change and its a ways out, but I'm not liking what I'm seeing at this time.

Cooler temperatures will impact our region with lows in the 40's and highs struggling to reach mid 70's in the next 10 days.

As Hurricane Harvey is effecting countless people in Texas and Louisiana, it is doubtful it will bring much rain to the Ozarks.
South central and Eastern Missouri could possibly get a inch or two out of this system late Saturday into Sunday.
Predicting the track of Harvey is iffy at best.
However Arkansas should see significant rain out of this system, mostly Eastern parts of the state.

Rain chances for the next 15 days range from 20% to 60% with today's chances @ 50%. Temperature will range from 75* to mid to upper 80's
Thunderstorms are in the forecast, as our neighbors in Oklahoma found out- Tornados can form without any indicators. Always be weather Aware.

Flirting with 100 degrees today and tomorrow......then 80% chance of Thunderstorms Thursday night and 60% on Friday with temperatures plummeting into the frigid 80's for a few days with overnight lows in the 60's.
