It's Student Government election season at Concordia! Here are your 2026-2027 presidential candidates.

Shukri Mohamed is a junior at Concordia and is majoring in environmental studies with two minors in social activism and communication arts. She is from Wilmar, MN and is a part of CASA, ISO, MOPOC, DEIC, and the United States National Guard.

Rachel Hunỳh is a junior at Concordia and is triple majoring in accounting, business management and finance with two minors in social activism and communication arts. She is from West Fargo, ND and is a part of student ambassador, A*O, Concordia intramurals, and cobber accounting club.

The Black Student Union (BSU) had a group of around twenty returning members at their first non-board meeting, Wednesday, Sept. 24. President Casper Miller was slightly disappointed to see a lack of new members as she has her sights set on involving more of the student body with BSU.
