KY Dems Caught Cheating

The last motion hour was on Monday, June 24. Judge Tracy Davis was administering a trial that day and asked Judge Jessica E. Green to handle the motion hour for her. Geoff's motion to vacate wasn't called, so at the end he stood up and told Judge Green the case number. She replied, "Judge Davis gave me a note that said your motion is not to be called today. Also, it has been denied.”

He called the court 2 days later and found that no Order was entered in writing. So the motion has not actually been denied. It seems to me that Judge Davis is playing games with the law and the civil rules here. Exactly like Geoff's seven previous ballot challenges from 2015 to today.

He filed new motions and has demanded that all of his motions be heard on Monday, July 15.

"No court has ever yet had the courage to find and declare, as a matter of law, that primary-election-rigging is illegal in Kentucky. It seems like a very low bar, but every judge and justice from 2015 to this minute has chickened out and failed that elementary ethical test. If the Hon. Judge Tracy E. Davis were to find and declare: (I) that primary-election-rigging is illegal in Kentucky; (2) that Respondent McGarvey conspired with the KDP, the Louisville Democratic Party, KET, and possibly Gov. Andy Beshear to illegally rig the 2024 Democratic Primary in KY-3; (3) that because McGarvey did not seek the nomination ACCORDING TO LAW, he is not a bona fide or constitutionally qualified candidate for the US House in 2024; (4) that because one of the candidates in the the May 21st Democratic Primary in KY-3 (Morgan McGarvey) was constitutionally UNQUALIFIED, that primary election was invalid and illegitimate; (5) that no valid Democratic Primary in KY-3 has occurred yet in 2024; (6) that Jefferson County Democrats have no nominee yet for the US House in KY-3; (7) that a legitimate Democratic Primary election in KY-3 must be held on July 23, 2024 with only Jared Randall Democrat for Congress's and Geoffrey M Young's names on the ballot; and ( 8 that all of the Court's previous Orders were nullities that have been vacated in their entirety, then she would be applying KRS 118.176 as the General Assembly intended it to be applied and would instantly become far and away the best, most honest and most ethical judge in the Commonwealth of Kentucky."
