It is that time of year for ghosts and ghouls to treat or treat for goodies! The City of Morgan City will be observing trick or treating hours on Friday ๐Ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ5, from 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The Morgan City Police Department will be increasing heavy patrols throughout the city to ensure community safety. Drivers should travel at safe speeds as children will be walking in various subdivisions.
