How many years have you been in real estate? This is my 5th year.

Do you have a favorite type of transaction? I love first time home buyers and investors.

What's your current favorite house trend? I’m loving all the natural warm wood tones. It gives the space a calm and cozy feeling.

Is there a trend you’d like to see go? Obnoxious paint colors (come on, right?)

What's your real estate super power? Future Visions! The ability to see a house’s potential whether it be before/after renovations, staging, or landscaping to help my clients see what it COULD really be like for them.
