It’s been a great year! To all our graduating volunteers, congratulations and thank you for your time at U92. To our returners next year, we can’t wait to see what great things you accomplish next. Our 2025 U92 podcast championship tournament has come to a close! Join us in congratulating for winning the finale by a total of 78-55 votes. Beyond the Boot went on a Cinderella run defying all odds as the #8 seed. Congratulations to on coming in second and to all podcasts who participated in this tournament. We have a wide variety of quality podcasts and are thankful that each and every one of them had fans to vote for them throughout the tournament. Here’s to next year!

Founded in 1982, U92 The Moose is the student-run college radio station of West Virginia University. The station broadcasts on 91.7 on the FM dial, ans streamed live at https://u92themoose.com/listen.

U92 is known for launching many students into the broadcast industry and, at the same time, standing strong as the New Music Pioneer, playing new and experimental music. Their sports department covers play-by-play of WVU Women's Soccer, Women's basketball, Hockey, Baseball, and WVU pregame show. The U92 News staff has a live new/talk show that brings experts in to discuss controversial topics happening in the news, giving listeners a deeper understanding of sometimes complicated issues.
