Well…. It was worth a shot! 🫣

I managed to catch two meteors during tonight’s shower as they passed over Chimney Rock. Unfortunately, the strong artificial lighting used to illuminate the formation at night interfered with my shots. The excess light reduced contrast and clarity in the surrounding stars, and my lens, with its limited aperture, wasn’t quite able to compensate.
Time to save up for an Astro lens 🤣
