The federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) together with the federal awarding agencies released a set of proposed rule changes to several parts of Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) concerning grants. In total, there are 323 separate proposed changes throughout Title 2 CFR Parts, 1,25,170,175,176,180,182,183 and 200.

What you are presenting on your website is being scraped by AI bots that provide the information when responding to Web inquiries. That can be a problem, according to Bennett Weiner, president & CEO of the BBB Wise Giving Alliance, the guest of this installment of The NPT’s Executive Session series.
Weiner talks with NPT Editor-in-Chief Paul Clolery regarding his concerns about AI and bots. There also are new accountability guideline in the pipeline.
The BBB team is finding common data reporting mistakes, including issues with financial statements, specifically the improper display of functional allocations and incorrect calculations of costs. Boston Marathon Continues Record-Breaking Run

The 2026 Boston Marathon raised $57.3 million, continuing a string of record-setting totals during the past few years. The amount represents a 13.7% increase from last year’s total. According to the Boston Athletic Association, which manages the marathon, 2025’s marathon raised $50.4 million, 2024 pulled in $45.7 million and the organization raised $40.2 million in 2023.
