Tuesday Lunch With Abe radio listeners, I am about to lose my beloved home of 13 years. My kind, generous elderly landlords next door recently discovered their daily needs are beyond their capabilities. A younger family member will help assist as caregiver when she moves into the apartment I currently occupy.

Sadly, June 2nd, 2026 was my last show (at least for the unforeseen future) as seeking an affordable private Los Osos rental is a 24/7 endeavor by this fixed-income senior, 26-year Los Osos resident, reliable, clean, quiet, to***co & pet-free. I love and feel deeply rooted to the Los Osos community. Excellent references available.

SEEKING private, standalone larger sized 1 or 2-BR rental with full kitchen, stove & fridge, ample cabinet space, separate large bedroom with generous closet space (+) room for queen size bed, desk, and shelving (+) full bathroom w/tub & shower, dining/living room, on-site washer & dryer and off-street parking in quiet surroundings away from busy thoroughfares. AT&T landline + fast internet a must.

Hoping for outdoor areas to store two kayaks, a freestanding bike shed, and ground for a compost bin and sunny exposure plot for organic vegetable gardening.

Promising leads welcome. Please message me c/o:
1) this page, www.Facebook.com/TuesdayLunchWithAbe, or…

LONG TERM ONLY.
Must move by July 15th or ASAP after.

It’s been a gas showcasing, new albums, along with hosting all manner of creative talents & personalities these past 12 years.

Thank you Rockfather Hal Abrams for believing in me and to my fellow Rock program hosts for your camaraderie. ‘Been a great run. 'Hope to jump back in sooner than later.
