New music seekers, the Tues., June 23rd, 2026 Tuesday Lunch With Abe will feature five new album showcase segments and quests for Los Osos housing.

Four weeks back, Abe's elderly landlord neighbors announced they now require more daily assistance beyond what they can provide themselves. As such, they are moving in a caregiver, displacing Abe in the adjacent apartment.

Should you hear of a property owner seeking reliable, clean, to***co-&-pet-free, senior with excellent references for a private, standalone 1300-1500 square foot, bright & airy 1 or 2-bedroom home with full bath, tub & shower, full kitchen, stove & fridge, ample cabinets, dining/living room combo, on-site laundry, fast internet hookup and off-street parking in quiet surroundings away from busy thoroughfares for a long term rental preferably in Los Osos, Abe must vacate by July 31st.
