We are deeply grateful to every single passenger who steps aboard with us—and just as thankful to all of you who join our journeys from home, following along from so many different corners of the world. 💙
Seeing whales in the wild is a feeling beyond words—something you simply have to experience. Especially when you witness a giant of the ocean, weighing around 40 tons (36,000 kg) and stretching 55 feet (17 meters), leaping completely out of the water, as in this moment captured here.
Every encounter reminds us of the wonder, power, and beauty of nature. Thank you for being part of it with us.

Whales are relaxing to spend time with even when they simply surface and dive back down again. Very mellow seas and dramatic skies lately equating to lots of fun filled photography moments.

Absolutely incredible private charter this evening as we spent quality time with several groups of Humpbacks. Their behaviors ranged from breaching, to tail throwing, to gracefully swimming, to lunge feeding. We have tons of small fish coming into the bay here and the whales/dolphins are following.

Orcas putting on a show as we watch in amazement. Not every sighting is the same as these wild animals change their behaviors constantly. We’re fortunate enough to be located in a place where we see several different species daily throughout the year.

This whale breached a few times and we were more than happy about that! This is a younger Humpback full of energy while its Mom swam around calmly.

This Orca popped up to take a look around right in front of our harbor. This behavior is called spy hopping, the pod also breached several times celebrating some full bellies after lunch.

Today was full of fun surprises from leaping Risso’s dolphins to breaching Humpback whales.

Check out this Elephant Seal surrounded by Velella Velella’s (by-the-wind sailor’s). This is probably a female as the males possess that trademark “trunk” and can weigh about 8,000 pounds! Killer Whales hunt these here as they provide lots of blubber. They were nearly hunted to extinction back in the whaling days but their numbers are now thriving.
