🐾 Molly Puppy Watch Update! 🐾
Molly is hanging in there as we get closer and closer to the big day! Her temperature this morning was 100.3°F, so we haven’t seen the big drop just yet—but we’re keeping a close eye.

She’s doing a lot of resting (and waddling 😅), and she’s definitely feeling the weight of that belly. Poor girl is pretty uncomfortable, but she’s being such a trooper. 💕

We’ll keep you posted—won’t be long now! 🐶Stay tuned for more updates!

Puppy Countdown Update! 🐾
Molly had her puppy X-ray today and the count is in… 11 little ones on the way! 🐶✨ Of course, time will tell if any are hiding in there. 👀

She weighed in at 105.4 lbs this morning — almost the exact same as her last litter when she delivered 12 puppies. So we’ll see what surprises she has in store! 💕 Stay tuned🐾

Happy Saturday, everyone! 🐾
We’re getting so close to welcoming Molly’s puppies! Her belly is growing big, her appetite is still in full swing, and she’s insisting on extra Milk-Bones, of course. 😄🐶

Her space is just about ready—now it’s time to restock all the puppy essentials and do our final prep! 🍼🛏️

✨ We still have 3rd pick female available for deposit, and our male list is currently waitlist-only until we see how many little guys arrive.

🐾 Molly’s Retirement Litter Update 🐾

We’re officially in the home stretch! 💛 Molly is slowing down and starting to sway when she walks—definitely feeling the weight of those pups! She’s been resting more and staying close, and we’ve been busy nesting right alongside her.

We even tore out the built-in kennels to create a larger, more comfortable space for Molly and her soon-to-arrive babies. This is her retirement litter, and we want everything to be just right. 🐶🍼

This Monday is our big day—we’ll be heading in for a puppy count X-ray, and then… it’s time for puppy watch! Stay tuned, we’re almost there! 🐾💕

It’s officially Puppy Month and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉 Molly is doing great and we’re counting down the days until her x-ray appointment on Monday, July 14th, when we’ll get a sneak peek at how many little paws to expect! 🐶🩻

🐾 Molly Puppy Update! 🐾

Molly’s baby belly has officially dropped and she’s letting us know she’s in full-on mama mode! 💕 She’s now turned her nose up at her usual food (typical pregnant queen behavior 😅), so we’ve switched her to a mix of pregnancy-friendly wet food and raw, and she’s loving it!

Meanwhile, Adaline is not thrilled about her mom getting the good stuff and even knocked over her bowl in protest 😂 Sorry Addie, mama gets first dibs right now!

We’re getting so excited, just a few more weeks until Molly’s retirement litter makes their big debut! 🐶💕

🌞🐾 Happy Summer Solstice from Sunset Ridge European Dobermans! 🐾🌞

Today marks the longest day of the year,and the perfect time to remind everyone how to keep our pups safe as the heat turns up!

As we soak in the sun, remember:

🚗 Never leave your dog in a parked car—even for a few minutes. Temps can skyrocket to dangerous levels FAST, even with the windows cracked.
🔥 Test the pavement before walks—if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws.
💧 Hydration is key—make sure your dog always has access to clean, cool water.
🌳 Time your play—early mornings and evenings are best for walks or outdoor fun.

Our Dobermans love the sun, but safety always comes first. Let’s make this summer a season of fun, health, and happy tails! 🐕💛

🐾 Molly’s Puppy Update! 🐾

Molly is doing great and definitely showing signs that puppies are on the way! 🐶💛 Fun fact: dogs can get morning sickness too—and our girl has been feeling a little queasy but powering through like a champ.

Her current craving? Milk Bones, of course! And when she needs one, she lets us know by staring down the container on the counter and then dramatically kicking the dishwasher until we get the message 😂

You’ll usually find her lounging around the house keeping an eye on everything or soaking up the sun in her favorite spot. It’s hard to believe, but in just a little over a month, her sweet pups will be here!

🌟 Puppy Star Alert! 🌟

It’s been a busy few weeks here at Sunset Ridge, but we couldn’t wait any longer to share this exciting news… Adaline has officially completed the AKC Puppy STAR Program today! 🎓🐾

She’s well on her way to earning her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title, and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress she’s made.

A huge thank you to Dave at ProActive Dog Training LLC his knowledge, patience, and dedication have made all the difference. We’re so grateful to be working with him and are excited for what’s ahead with Adaline and future pups in training! 🐶💪
