Fun Friday! Doing more guitar tracking with Power Take Off! We started with Ethan Schluter adding a high string/Nashville tuning acoustic guitar track to one of the songs. Now it’s Michael Delp’s turn to add his guitar to the mix. I can’t even remember how many times we’ve recorded together over the years. He’s always got the tasty guitar parts and nails it! 🎸

Starting the day early tracking guitar with my son Ethan Schluter for the new Power Take Off songs! We are getting some stellar guitar tone with Ethan’s Les Paul though his Soldano rig! The songs sound incredible already and it’s only the beginning of day 2!! 🤩🎸🔥

Having a fantastic day recording with Power Take Off! They’ll be here for the next two weeks tracking and mixing some new songs. Ayden will have all of the drums recorded by the end of the day and we’ll be starting some guitar tracking tomorrow with Ethan Schluter 🎸

Today we finished up recording Milan Batinich’s audiobook, “What’s The Worst That Could Happen?” It’s a really incredible true story about his very interesting life. Once we get this thing edited and mastered it will be out there and you absolutely should buy it and listen! 📕

Working on a third song with Derrick James today called “Giving In”. We’ll have this completely tracked today. It’s always amazing what you can do with a few hours in the studio and we’re getting better and quicker results each session. Won’t be long before he has a full EP to release 💿
