Does anyone have a contact for someone high up at Amazon.com? Some random seller has somehow taken over my brand on Amazon and has taken all my inventory and is now making all the money from my inventory of Alignment tools. Not only did they counterfeit the alignment tool to the tee, but they have also convinced someone at Amazon that I was the perpetrator and Amazon gave them control over my listing and sales of the product. The amazon call center in India has been no help, either transferring me to someone else and then the call just drops, or sometimes even siding with this counterfeiter. See the image below where it says "FORLUCIX BleepinJeep Alignment Tool". Not only is that a counterfeit but Amazon somehow sided with them and gave them all my inventory, my brand, and my listing. I'm now kicked out of this listing, I cant add more inventory or even edit the listing. Needless to say, don't purchase from Amazon at the moment until we get this resolved. Please share, if the Six Degrees of Separation theory is true, maybe we can eventually find someone that will actually look at the evidence here and fix this wrong. - EDIT- I hope to get the listing back at some point, so dont go writing bad reviews or flagging things just yet. Kinda like having a car stolen, id like to get it back undamaged if possible. Thanks, Matt
