Some suburban renewal this Spring.

Oh, and my 20-year-old Ryobi 18v cordless drill/driver finally died. Rest In Peace my old friend. We built the deck together...replaced a butt-load of sheetrock and framing downstairs...remodeled 3 bathrooms and a kitchen...installed all sorts of things. You have earned your rest.

(Memorial Day 2016) Well, after some filter issues (multiport backwash valve was shot and needed to be replaced), the pool seems to be in running order. Chemistry looks good. Still vacuuming out some fine particulates, but the pool is open for business.

Well, except for the tropical rains today.

Great rehearsal at the CC studio with The Jersey Peaches for upcoming shows. Here's some pics of the studio all set up. I even got the recording gear set up again, now that they fixed teh drivers for my M-Audio multitrack interface.

We're gonna be grandparents! Under all that ragweed is a bunny nest. I'll have to leave it be until the bunnies leave.
