Our equipment got a work over yesterday and as a result you now have a much more clear/cleaner signal being broadcast and less interference on your radio... !!!

Merry Christmas to all of you and also to us; WXRQ, because the FCC has approved us for broadcasting on the FM dial. ( yay )
What a nice Christmas present and even though there is much more work to complete, it is believed that we will broadcast from the 100.5 frequency and the signal will be a much stronger; clear channel than what many of you listen to us on in your vehicle.
AND ... If you are so inclined to help us make this happen... (and several of you already have ); Donations for the FM are being accepted and will go specifically to this project.
ALSO-for the many that have donated to our AM tower project... I anticipate that an application to the FCC will be forthcoming in the next week or two to begin construction on our AM tower and just a quick reminder... NO ONE receives a salary at WXRQ - We are all volunteers and consider this as ministry so any money we receive here goes to pay the bills and projects such as these.
Please continue to pray for us as we do for all of you and our partners.
And there is a special person that has been instrumental in making this FM project happen because it wouldn't have without his hard work. Maybe you can meet him when we have an OPEN HOUSE.
***Added Note -- FM has a much farther reach than AM, so for our advertisers this will increase your visibility to a lot more listeners.
