What is the Polar Plunge? Each year Law Enforcement Torch Run holds the Polar Plunge to raise money for Special Olympics Michigan. Thousands of participants a year take the challenge of diving in freezing cold water, and this year WMHW-FM is jumping in to the fray. Source On February 17th, the Mt.
