Some of you may know,
I didn’t necessarily have the most ideal childhood.
I was restlessly searching for my soul family,
Never feeling like I belonged anywhere.

It was until that I faced my father mother wounds,
Started doing the shadow work,
Started empowering myself,
That I became who I am today.

The past two weeks were as if I was holding a private retreat for myself and my parents,
We fought, we cried, we laughed, we forgave.
At least I can say this point that I’ve done the work and I think it’s all worth it.
This level of fulfillment is something I’ve never experienced before.

Am I done with all the healing, father mother wounds and the shadow work?
I don’t know. But I do know it was a massive step forward. I am incredibly grateful, and my heart is full of love for everything that unfolded.

I am the girl that I am,
Because the girl I used to be.

Yes I’ve watched 🩷😝

有些人可能知道，
我的童年並不算特別理想。

我曾經不停地尋找我的靈魂家人，
總覺得自己不屬於任何地方。

直到我開始面對自己的父親母親創傷和課題，
開始做陰影工作，
開始給予自己力量，
我才成為了今天的自己。

過去這兩個星期，
就像是我為自己和父母舉辦了一場私人僻靜團
我們爭吵過，
我們哭過，
我們笑過，
我們也彼此原諒了。

至少在這一刻，
我可以說我真的做了那些該做的功課，
而我認為這一切都非常值得。

這種程度的圓滿、滿足感、以及家人的愛，
是我過去從未體驗過的。
那我已經完成所有的療癒、父母議題和陰影工作了嗎？
我不知道。
但我知道，這是很大一步的前進

我由衷地感恩，
而我的內心也充滿了愛，
感謝我生命中所發生的一切。

因為這一切，我才是現在的我

很感恩，每次都靈性聖地的時候，
宇宙總是會安排很神奇的禮物給我。
去年夏天，雖然是獨自一個人旅遊，
但我一點都不孤單，
甚至還帶回了，這麼珍貴的靈魂老友

Do I always have to go nearly die to hear the deepest truth of my soul?
難道我總是需要等到快要死掉了，
才從上願意聽見，我靈魂真正的聲音嗎？

I had to go through the pain to hear it with plant medicine;
Now this time, it was with almost suffocated with charcoal burning that the deepest truth of my soul finally reaches me.

之前，我是透過植物老師，
經歷快要死掉的痛苦，
聽見我靈魂真正的聲音

這次，我居然是透過火
又再次經歷快要死掉的痛苦，
又再次聽見我不敢面對的，
靈魂深處真實的聲音

I sat beside the fire pit, completely unaware of the wind direction 😂
and ended up almost suffocating from breathing in too much charcoal smoke.

Looking back now,
it felt like those who burn charcoal in a closed space.
Except this time, I was outdoors.
So my life was never truly at risk,
but the pain felt incredibly real.

我在完全沒有留意風向的情況下，
傻傻的住在火堆的旁邊😂
結果就在古老呼吸法儀式的引導下，
我吸入了大口的碳氣。

現在我一回想，
就好像那些選擇燒炭自殺的人一樣，
只是現在我人在戶外，
沒有生命的安危，但是瀕死的痛苦卻是非常實在的

The message:
Time to answer the calling
Listen to the whisper
Talk to the spirit
See the unseen
😭

訊息:
回應內在的召喚
聆聽那細微的低語
與靈對話
看見那些不被看見的

Happy Earth day! 🌎 🌳
Grateful for having Mother Earth holding us every single day. Embracing us, giving her life force to us even at times we took it for granted.
Be a bit more appreciative each day,
So the light can shine through us🥰

地球日快樂🌍
感恩大地之母總是在每一天無條件的支持著我們，
擁抱、滋養、給予我們她的生命力，
即使我們將它視為理所當然

You are allowed to be you.
你可以做你自己。

現在開始諸星進牡羊
牡羊是一個「我」的能量
這是一切有關於做自己的能量
而這麼巧的同時，
我也在今天聽到這句
You are allowed to be you.
而這深深打動我

做自己不代表傷害別人
而做自己更多是
尊重自己有自己的感受、想法、甚至是自己的不完美
不再需要將自己縮小來配合群體、
不再需要去討好群體、或他人
而真實的去感受自己是否真誠的想對他人好
真誠的想和這個人、這群人相處

同時土星海王也都在牡羊，
這代表的是有界線、在這個界線內發揮自己的創意
並且負起做自己的責任
這個責任可能是
接受不是每個人都喜歡這樣的你
承擔做自己、開始行動的責任

將自己擴大、承認自己有做自己的權力
是個既自由，卻又可怕的道路，
但是
人生真的不長，
不要浪費生命在「假裝」上面了

願大家在「做自己」的道路上愉快飛翔
