The World Class Workforce (WCW) program is a collaborative effort to create a program to educate and train the current and future workforce about the desirable characteristics of a World Class Workforce. The WCW Program is a tool used by area employers and educators to identify and address issues critical to workforce creation, retention and competition in a global economy. Core elements addressed

The program includes an orientation DVD, Word Class Workforce posters and WCW Guidebooks for the workplace. These tools are supported by an extensive public relations marketing plan including radio, television, web marketing and billboards to reinforce to the public and workforce, that a World Class Workforce is important, a point of pride and necessary in a our economy.
