New bio for 2025

Gregga Joy Johnn spent 30 years studying philosophy, psychology, and sociology in theory and practicum, (from multiple perspectives), to develop her own unique methods of understanding the human soul; how it functions and interacts with others.

As a neurodivergent sensitive, she recognizes patterns and formations of energetic interaction that are often missed or ignored. She uses this understanding of "flow in energetic frequency" to offer insight on the vast array of chaotic messiness in the wounded Soul and Spirit of humanity [as a Certified Community Health Worker].

Much of these insights are filtered through Gregga's unique style of Fantasy/Sci-fi storytelling for the joy of expressing & empowering Eternal Love in-through the seasons & cycles of Lyfe.

Whatever belief you hold about your reality is True! (for you in your reality. So let go of the idea that the reality others are living in has anything much to do with yours).

Since (approximately) the timing when that last global Pandemic was over, reality began slowly splitting and separating with "veiled energetic barriers" between your reality and the realities of those around you; being see-through, but growing thicker.

The more you generate your reality, which you do with or without intention, the more your reality is established and begins to separate from those whose reality alters from yours.
There are innumerable alternate realities all around you. Some are generated by others, some are let go and bypassed by you (and others) when you make different choices. Let them go. Be in the reality you're creating in this Present Now.

How you live and the choices you make every day Creates & crafts the reality you experience.

If you're living by the choices of others, including your own soul's triggers controlling your thoughts, actions, and beliefs, the less authentic (to who you truly are)* your reality will be.
(*You are a fractal expression of Source Creator, which is the energy of Eternal Love.)

The more you heal your soul and mindfully make your choices, living by the passion and desires of your own heart, the more Authenticity you express in your living and the more power you gain to manifest the life you desire to live.

Live by Love, passion, desire, joy, delight, peace, gratitude, and compassion then you will be flowing in the Eternal Love of Source Creator capable of manifesting the highest timeline into your existence.

All else anchors you down, away from your unique authenticity... which is also a legitimate choice you may choose to experience.

OBSERVE the lives of those around you.
CHOOSE what beliefs you desire to invest & weave into your living.

FEEL THE EMOTIONS that arise so you may be fully present in them. In those emotions choose what to do with them:
- Heal the emotion by loving & comforting yourself in that emotion, (in layers over time)
- Observe to hear the emotions expression them let it leave your body with gratitude for the message.
- Mindfully decide, as a Benevolent Ruler over the landscape of your soul, which emotions may remain living in your life and which need to be thanked for the lesson and let go.

FEEL the life you desire to live.
That life will then be magnetized & generated within you.

One does not manifest details into one's life.
One FEELS and creates the life those feelings generate.

MIND-TRUTH-TWISTER

If I believed the same things as you, I would agree with you.

Therfore, when we disagree, it's not because I'm a bad person following bad idea.
Those ideas i follow are only bad because of what you believe.

So before you judge someone for their actions, ask yourself, what do they believe that's different to what you believe to be true?.. or better yet, ask the person you're judging what they believe, and hear their answer, (not to try and prove them wrong, but) to understand something you might not know.

I get that that^ is a vague statement.
Do you want a more clear example?
Are you willing to read the example to the end, in order to learn something new, (and not to presume what you think over the top of what I'm about to say)?

Let's start with the most explosive example of this.

Many who oppose Trump believe he is a felon, convicted of gRap🍇e, who follows fascist principles and whose goal is to destroy the alternative lifestyle community.

I promise you, if I believe that were true about him, I would agree with you and stand against him, too.

So when I say I support Trump, the version of Trump you see is NOT the version of Trump I'm supporting.

I found myself stuck in this type of issue all the time as a young school girl who was devoted to following Jesus, loving God.

SO MANY PEOPLE would argue with me about how terrible, horrible, and awful God was, so how could I follow such an awful being?
And my only response was, "I don't."
I follow a loving God who is generous, kind, and Just toward all.

Now here's the twisty twist.
When I actually started listening to people's complaints about God in order to understand them, instead of just "apologetically" proving them wrong...
I actually changed and adjusted my perspective on the God who was presented by Religion as being the Almighty, verses the actual Source of All Creation Who is Etetnal Love, flowing through all things, including the "higher (alien) beings" with advanced technology that set themselves over primitive human cultures by pretending to be God, in order to control them.

But that's another story -ish 😉

Right now,
There is SO MUCH NEW INFORMATION coming out daily.

Perhaps we may all benefit from observing this new information in order to learn something new, rather than to just gather data to prove whichever point of view we already believe is true.

ONE NEW PIECE OF INFORMATION CAN DRASTICALLY CHANGE THE ENTIRE PERSPECTIVE OF A TRUTH, twisting & turning it on its end.

Beloved,
Prepare yourself for twists & turns by recognizing those who believe differently to you do so because their truth is different to yours, not because they are the bad people your truth paints them to be.

Leaning new things is Intelligence in action.
Changing your ideas based in new information is Wisdom.
Observing new ideas to genuinely weigh the possibilities is where Compassion enters.
Finding the common ground beneath individual ideals is where Co-UNUM-community builds a strong foundation for everyone involved to be free to be diverse, unique, and expansive-ly different.

Allowing expansion within community that incorporates divergence is the gateway to Alien interaction and a Galactic planet being born.
This is our future.

I have secluded myself from any & all romance to try healing & recovering from (multiple) lifetime(s) of bad relationships.

I've been balancing my own energies and restoring my authentic independence as a single, whole being.

I avoid the silly Christmas hallmark movies because that unrealistic fake saccharin s***e makes me want to throw up.
HOWEVER...

The love story between Patrick & David Rose in Schitt's Creek has me weeping and finding hope in true love once again.

Although, I doubt such love is in the cards for me with any human in this life, it is reviving a hope in the beauty of two people who see each other for all that they are, as ugly, pretty, bad, or silly as they may be, and still find the joy of falling in love together.

I might just believe this still happens, again.
Thank you hulu for this story of hope in love.

Let your bigger Soul, receive guidance from the Spirit of Eternal Love, while restraining & directing your small, but feisty physical reality that's often triggered by fear (which is simply a seeming lack in Etetnal Love).

Have you ever interacted with someone and been confused because they just don't & can't hear or understand you?

It's like you're sharing videos from tiktok with them, but they don't have that app so they can't see or access that video.

That's a real thing in consciousness, too.

Sometimes you're operating on a frequency that another soul doesn't have access to.
The only thing you can do is say, "nevermind" and wish them well as you move on your way, holding your lessons as precious for You; while letting go of any judgment over anyone else.

It's ok for someone to choose to not have access to that application of frequency. We're all out here living our own lives.
Love your life.
Let others live theirs as they choose.
If there is a seeming clash between your frequency and another soul's... let it be.
Strengthen your own boundaries & move on.

🤍 The BIGGEST SECRET is: our Eternal Soul is only affected by energy & frequency when we buy into the application of frequency that is presented to us. 🖤

If you prefer a different frequency than the energy that is presented to you, avoid downloading that "app" (that application of frequency) into your "phone"(communication exchange: the mind, heart, gut, character of your soul).

Will is still affect your physical reality?
Maybe.
Time & effort are the boundaries of physical reality so you may need to flow within those limitations in order to move out of that frequency application's generated energy radius.
So do that.
& Know you will be in the frequency you prefer in accordance with the "timing" of your reality.

Allegoric "flow speed" Examples:
Your spirit can flow fastest, like the of speed air.
Your soul moves a bit slower, processing at a speed more like liquid.
Your solid physical body moves only as you put the time & effort into moving it.

Although your physical body may scream in the immediacy of a situation that seems overwhelming and inescapable....

It's your Spirit connection with/in/as One Consciousness that moves your Soul as your individual unique expression of One Consciousness, to then make the effort in time to shift your body out of a present immediate moment, into the next.

YOUR SPIRIT IS THE TRUTH OF ETERNITY.
YOUR SOUL IS THE UNIQUE TRUTH YOU'RE CHOOSING TO EXPRESS.
Your body is just the temporary illusion, or play/game, or Application of Frequency that you're experiencing.

So when your body screams about a need to be immediately gratified or rescued from the immediate presence, REMEMBER the immediate presence of physical reality is the illusion.
Lean into your Etetnal now Presence and align your soul perspective with your SPIRITUAL TRUTH instead of letting that squeaky wheel of physical reality guide, direct, or convince you of what reality & truth are.

Dial into your spiritual frequency.
Express your unique soul frequency as you choose.
Let your physical reality shift in accordance with this from the "top down" (Spirit to Soul to body).

The greatest mistake humanity makes is taking directions from the bottom up by letting your body (or the physical reality you're experiencing) tell you what is or is not true about your Soul Expression.

This often happens because your Spirit is dialed into a frequency that (for some reason or another) has been separated from your connection with/in/AS the Truth of One Consciousness in/as the Spirit of Eternal Love.

Flow truth in a top down alignment.
Observe experiences from the bottom up.
Flow truth back into that experience from a top down Expression.

We're visiting Wikiup Hill Learning Center today, and this display struck a cord of grief in my heart.
Something needs to be done to repair this traumatic wound in the cultures & people who've been forced to "cede" their land to colonization. CEDE is an historically accurate, whitewashed way of saying HAD THEIR LAND STOLEN.

I honestely don't know exactly how to accomplish such a restoration.
The land is inhabited by the Iowans currently living their own lives here now, me included.

But, I do have faith that as we move forward, when money is no longer the guiding force in our culture (thanks to GESARA being implemented... sometime in the near-ish future, pending elections, etc.),...
We will be able to create new gentle, compassionate, and efficient methods of repairing our past while generating a future with space for all to live alongside each other, allowing boundaries to respect differences, and generating new ways of living with the natural cycles of our land blending with technology developments in convenience.

We have so much to heal from our past.
There isn't a people group or culture that has avoided the traumatic oppression of fear based living that colonization spread like a plague throughout this world.

I am eager and ready to be a part of creating a whole new way of living on this beautiful planet of ours in a new system of partnerships in organic growth & technological advancement.
I'm building my life with this intent.
