I felt uneasy anyway. Middle of nowhere, kids in the car. Meeting a stranger on his turf. Then I look over and see these porcelain dolls lined up 😳

Was this the home of a 🪦er? These were prior marketplace customers? Their ashes sprinkled in the dolls hair to live on as his trophy?

I had to ask after some conversation. Here’s the story: Well, as all millennials know, our parents seem to think they can’t hang onto our stuff forever. Like that random tote that’s been sitting in the corner of their basement for 20 years suddenly causes them anxiety out of nowhere and they need it gone NOW.
Apparently after many warnings for the items to be picked up, today they made it to the lawn with a “hope it doesn’t rain…”
Been there 😂 except my parents usually pack up the car and unload it in front of my kids so it’s harder for me to get rid of. I think it’s almost worse than rain.
