See the livestream of the Muleshoe City Council Meeting beginning at 5:30p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025. Items on the agenda include: 1. Approval of Minutes a. October 13, 2025 2. Consider Interlocal Agreements between the City of Muleshoe and other taxing entities, giving approval to the City to maintain and clear Trust Properties, within the city limits, to include demolishing of any structure on such properties. Taxing Entities: • High Plains Underground Water District • Bailey County • Muleshoe Independent School District • Muleshoe Area Hospital District 3. Consider awarding construction bid for the addition to the City of Muleshoe Earl Ladd Fire Station to Sagebrush Construction. 4. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending October 31, 2025. 5. Administrative Reports: a. Council and staff attended the TML Annual Conference in Fort Worth on October 28th – 31st. b. City of Muleshoe volunteered to help with Snack Pack for Kids on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. c. The City of Muleshoe Public Works Department, Xcel Energy, and Bailey County Electric will hang Holiday decorations town on Friday, November 21st. d. City staff will participate in the Career Fair at Muleshoe High School on Friday, December 5th. e. The Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will be held on the evening of Saturday, December 13th. f.
