A flash flood warning has been issued for northern Delaware County until 5:00 AM. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the warned area. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Remember, if you are driving and encounter a flooded roadway to turn around and don’t drown. You can’t be sure how deep the water actually is.
