ELECTION REMINDER:
Vote TODAY, Tuesday November 4th, for or against changing the city council from ward-based positions to an at-large distribution. Voting is taking place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the new fire hall. Additionally, if the vote is in favor of at-large distribution of city council members, it means that all current city council positions will be voted on in June. Petitions will need to be taken out in February.

We will be doing the Great Gobbler Turkey Giveaway again this year! Murdo businesses: if you'd like to sponsor a turkey shoot us a message or talk to Mishayla or Jo. You will just need a bucket of some sort, we will provide sign up slips. It is $60 for three weeks of being listed as a sponsor in the paper, first two weeks are a full page spread, the third week is on the front page! Each business will give away one turkey. Last year we gave away 15 turkeys!
