🥧 Run For Your Pie! is Back for Thanksgiving! 🏃‍♀️
What better way to earn that second slice of pumpkin pie than with a pre-feast run through historic downtown? This family-friendly event has become a Thanksgiving Day tradition, supporting incredible causes while getting the whole community moving.

Here’s the rundown for this year:
What is it? The 16th Annual Charity Run/Walk Race , offering a 4-mile run/walk or a 2K race. Children aged 3 and younger are free, and can be pushed in strollers.
When? Thanksgiving Day morning (November 27), race starts at 8 am & awards ceremony with medals follows at 9:30 am
Where? Historic downtown Murfreesboro
Why Run? You'll be making tangible differences in lives of those in need, supporting organizations from local nonprofits like Greenhouse Ministries to world-changing charities like Neema House in Tanzania.

* 2. Chukkers for Charity: Congratulations to The Anderson Group’s Team on winning the trophy presentation at the 29th Annual Polo Match!
* 3. National Recognition: Cheers to the talented Murfreesboro CityTV team, who were recently honored with six national awards for their quality government television programming. We love celebrating our local leaders and innovators!

How the Inspire Procedure Works
Inspire is an FDA-approved treatment option for people who cannot use Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy.

It works inside the body with your natural breathing process to treat sleep apnea.

It uses mild stimulation to open the airway during sleep, allowing oxygen to flow naturally.

The system is implanted during a short, outpatient procedure, and most patients return home the same day.

Patients use a small, handheld remote to turn the device on before bed and off when they wake up.

❤️ The Power of Caregiving: Where Family Comes First ❤️

In this season of Thanksgiving, we're sharing the inspiring story of Kelly and Kevin Fehr, the founders of Amada Senior Care.

Their vision for Amada was born from a deeply personal experience: Kevin’s 102-year-old grandfather received in-home care, which allowed his own mother and uncle to be a "true daughter and son, rather than caregivers".

At its core, Amada provides high-quality, nonmedical home care for seniors and adults with disabilities, ensuring they can maintain their independence in the comfort and privacy of their own residences.

And a huge part of their mission is giving back:
They proudly provide complimentary care services to both civilians and US veterans throughout Middle Tennessee through the VA hospitals in Murfreesboro and Nashville.

They also host an annual "Caregiver Appreciation Week" where Kelly cooks meals for their team as a sincere thank you for their hard work and dedication.

As Kevin and Kelly Fehr say: "We've dedicated our careers to caregiving. We want your family to be an extended part of ours."
