I got to use my crafting skills for this one and made the helmet, bodice armor, sheild and spear! This is one of the best things I've got to create and I am so thankful to Vickie for seeing the vision and helping capture these absolutely stunning photos! I don't think I've ever looked this cool before!

Who is Kraykrayforbooks?

Hi, I'm Sophie and I welcome you to the magic of books, art, cosplay, costuming, makeup artistry, wig-styling, content creation and acting. As a kid I always dreamed of being so many different things that, by the time I was an adult, I didn't know what I wanted to pursue or how to even get started! All I knew was that I wanted to be able to have creative freedom in whatever I chose to do. Reading was my escape, but it was also the thing that inspired me over and over again to keep looking for that thing that gave me a spark of joy. This community and content creating not only gave me a spark, it blew up my life in a blazing wildfire that continues to fuel my creative little heart! the amount of new skills I've learned in the last few years is insane to me! if you would have asked me 5 years ago if I could make a dress, I would have laughed in your face! im so grateful to be able to do the thing I love most and its because of your support, my passion and my number 1 cheerleader (my husband). I have new things in store for you next year, but for now, enjoy and don't be afraid to ask me questions about books, cosplays, art, makeup, wig styling, etc. I love to share my knowledge and would love to support you on your journey into the whimsy!
