They say that every good story starts with "Once upon a time." My story begins like this:
"There once lived a lost, scared little girl, who didn't belong to anyone and whose only wish was to be loved and to belong."
If you are wondering what happened to the little girl, she was lucky enough to not only find a place she belongs but also find a multitude of people who love and support her.
The last few weeks have been hard on this community. I don't want to waste my energy bringing it up again, but I want us all to move forward from it! This community has brought so many of us together when we needed it most and I don't want it to lose its magic.
This is a place to escape when things are hard. A place where we get to be the strongest, most authentic versions of ourselves. A place where we can be whoever we want to be without fear of judgement. A place where everyone is loved and included.
This is our space, and we determine how it moves forward. We decide how the magic lives on. Don't let the bad energy win over the light we have created. We need every one of you here to shine brighter to block out the dark. Let us fill this community with the light, the magic, the energy that we want to see.
