Some conversations donโt just stay with youโฆ they shift something inside of you. ๐
My newest episode of ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐ with the incredibly courageous ๐๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ธ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ was one of those conversations.
We talked openly about trauma, codependency, healing, self-worth, generational patterns, and the hard but necessary journey of becoming honest with ourselves about why we stay in situations that hurt us.
Kaja shared pieces of her story with such vulnerability and strength โ from entering the modeling industry at a young age, to surviving abuse, to courageously speaking her truth publicly despite the scrutiny and personal cost that can come with it.
What made this conversation so powerful was the reminder that healing isnโt just about leaving toxic situationsโฆ itโs about understanding the deeper wounds, patterns, fears, and beliefs that kept us there in the first place.
๐ช๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐:
โจ How trauma and codependency are deeply connected
โจ The impact childhood experiences have on our relationships and self-worth
โจ Why self-awareness and honesty are essential for healing
โจ Breaking generational cycles for ourselves and our children
โจ The importance of community, connection, and sharing our stories
There were so many moments in this conversation that felt raw, validating, emotional, and deeply human.
Kaja, thank you for your bravery, your honesty, and for using your voice to help others feel seen and less alone. Your courage matters more than words can express. ๐
