Hmmmm!
Some of the many times that I thought, “I should hike the whole thing”. And I did in 2023 after previously being on the trail many times in 8 different states.

I got back on the AT today for a short hike. Due to the fog, the views weren’t that great but it brought back memories from 2023.

Eight years ago I was day hiking around the Carlsbad caverns area and 3 years ago I was through hiking the Appalachian Trail at MaxPatch where I shared a whole package of birthday cookies with a couple of other hikers. If my memory is correct their trail names were Matador and Sultry.

Eight years ago today I was at The National Corvette Museum and 3 years ago today I was one week into my Thru-Hike of the Appalachian Trail.
